Barbara L. Schweitzer, M.A., LDTC, Diagnostic and Remedial Services, is a certified learning disabilities specialist. She holds a masters degree in special education and a post-masters certificate in learning disabilities. Her New Jersey certifications include Teacher of the Handicapped (generic special education), Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, and Learning Disabilities Teacher-Consultant (learning specialist and Child Study Team member).
